Where do you offer your service?
At the moment we only offer our service in the City of Cape Town Municipality and Gauteng Province.
How long does the whole process take?
Once we have received the correct documents and payment you will receive your new disc within 2-3 days.
How is the annual fee calculated?
The fee is based on the weight of your car.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Masters and Visa), SnapScan as well as EFT payments. We also accept payment from existing credits, which have been linked to your account
Why do I have to pay a fine for renewing my licence?
The municipality gives you a 21-day grace period to renew your vehicle licence. After that a fine will be added to the annual renewal fee.
I didn't receive my renewal licence in the post - what now?
No worries, just take a photo of your current vehicle licence disc and upload that.
